One bedroom has a double bed and the second has two twin beds, both rooms are fully carpeted. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area has sofa and chairs with a foldaway dining table and chairs. Laminate flooring in main living room through to tiled bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven and sink. Cooking utensils all supplied. Bedroom 1: Double. Bedroom 2: Twin. Bathroom: Bath, Over-bath Electric Shower, Basin, W.C, Heated Towel Rail. FACILITIES: Freeview DigitalTV/DVD, Electric Heaters in all rooms. Parking on site near bungalow. Quilts and pillows supplied but please bring own bedding/towels. One small well behaved dog is welcome, please bring dog towels and bedding, and do not allow on the furniture. Dogs should not be left alone in the bungalow and must be kept on a lead at all times. There are many walks around the Donkey Sanctuary next door, and they also supply waste bins and plastic bags. A badger visits most evenings after dusk and likes peanut butter sandwiches! Home-made Ice Cream and pizza's are available at the nearby Oakdown campsite, (20 minutes walk round the donkey paddocks towards the main road) which also has a small shop. The Donkey-Sanctuary is next door with lots of walks around adjacent paddocks, and has a nice restaurant.
