Sandways is situated on the edge of the site with views of the countryside that look across to the Donkey Sanctuary and the sea from the grass area in front of the bungalow. The area is ideal for natural history enthusiasts, as it is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with numerous local walks from the site. The private patio has a bench, table and chairs which can be moved to the open lawned area in front of the bungalow if you choose. This is a non smoking property. Sandways will be available from 3pm on day of arrival and departure on the last morning is by 10am please. Lounge / Dining area Comfortable open plan living area with sofa, two arm chairs and coffee table. Flat screen TV incorporating a DVD player and radio. Double leaf dining table with folding chairs gives extra room when needed. Convector heaters in each room. Kitchen Fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge with an ice box. Vinyl flooring for easy cleaning. Self catering holiday made easy. Bedroom 1: Double bed, plus wardrobe, chest-of-drawers and bedside drawer units. Hair drier provided. Bedroom 2: Twin beds, plus wardrobe and bedside drawers. Cot side for a bed if needed. Bathroom Newly refurbished with a walk in shower for easy access, wall heater and heated towel rail. Electricity is provided by a new meter which takes both £1 and £2 coins. An immersion heater provides hot water. Bed linen is included in the price and beds made up for you. A tea towel and hand towel are provided but NO BATH TOWELS.
