THE SIDMOUTH DONKEY SANCTUARY
The Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary is right next door - lots of lovely easy walks, and an excellent cafeteria. There is an area where children ( and adults ) can pet some of the resident animals. Donkey week 2011 is from Tue 3rd May to Tue 10th May. This is a must visit place for families on an East Devon holiday.

SIDMOUTH GOLF CLUB Overlooking the Regency town of Sidmouth, the fine clubhouse provides a panoramic view of the Devon and Dorset coastline of Lyme Bay and beyond. The J H Taylor designed course also enjoys wonderful sea views from its undulating fairways, and there are beautiful scenes to be savoured throughout the 18 holes. SEATON TRAMWAY
Open top trams roll along the Axe estuary to Colyton, a pretty little village. Colyton Wagon Wanderer provides horse drawn trips between Colyton Station and Colyton town centre. Take your binoculars to see the birds which congregate along the estuary mud flats.

Weston Mouth is the local Naturist Beach, which you can walk to from Stoneleigh Holiday Village. The central part of the beach is usually left to the textiles ( clothes on ) and the naturists ( clothes off ) area is usually off to the right part of the beach. So if you are a naturist Stoneleigh is the natural choice.
