We stayed at Peppercorns for a week on the 1st October 2011 and I would just like to say thank you. It was one of the best holidays I have had for a long long time, we are totally smitten with Sidmouth and your property, was just perefect for myself, my hubbie and our 2 year old little girl....she absoulutly loved taking her dolls for walks around the bungalow grounds and it was so quiet and importantly car free so safe. The play ground was an added bonus the swings were a real hit.
I must also say your neighbours are so welcoming and took us under their wings as such, even to the point of suggesting we follow them through the back roads to show us a quick route to jacobs ladder car park!

Thought the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, some places you stay at only give you 4 plates, 4 dishes etc . We had a visitor nearly every night around 9ish from the fox, which was fantastic, and being so close we managed to make a few photos! Also all the birds that came to visit as well. The facilities at the site were average, shame about the swimming pool not being finished, but the boys enjoyed the play area and we did use the laundry. Overall a good holiday. Stuart and Lisa July 2011

Just thought I would thank you for our holiday last week. The new updates to the Peppercorns since my last visit really made a difference to our stay. the new beds/bedrooms and bathroom fit in with the style of the bunglow and it was nice to come back to after a day out. thanks again and we will be sure to book again. June 2011

The self catering accomodation was comfy and it was just 5 minutes from Sidmouth. We enjoyed the garden and the birds, and were lucky with the weather. Shame that the swimming pool is closed. Good value for money. Karen and family- June 2011
